What is Family Health Records?
A mobile app that keeps medical documents, vaccines, prescriptions, lab reports, and appointment reminders organized per person. You scan paperwork or capture a voice note, AI drafts structured records, and you approve what gets saved.
How does the AI scanning work?
Take a photo, upload a PDF, or pick a file from your camera roll. The app reads the document and creates a separate record for each distinct thing (each vaccine, each lab test, each prescription) plus follow-up reminders. You review and approve before anything is saved.
Can I record voice notes?
Yes. Tap to record—e.g., "Add Maya's pediatrician appointment for May 22 at 4pm." Whisper transcribes it, GPT-4o turns it into a structured record and reminder, and you approve the result.
Can my partner or caregiver share the family record?
Yes. Generate an invite link from the Family tab. Anyone who accepts joins the same family workspace and can scan, approve, and view records on their own phone.
Can I track my pets too?
Yes. Add pets the same way you add people — each pet gets a profile with species, breed, and spay/neuter status. Track vaccines (rabies, DA2PP, FVRCP, Bordetella), preventatives (Heartgard, Bravecto, NexGard), vet visits, labs, and reminders. AI scanning understands veterinary documents when the record is for a pet.
Will I get reminded about upcoming appointments?
Yes. Each reminder supports custom lead times—at the appointment time, an hour before, a day before, a week before, or any combination. Tapping the notification opens the calendar on that day.
Is my health data private?
Records live in your private family workspace. Only family members you invite can see them. AI extraction runs when you scan a document; we don't browse or share your records with anyone else.
How much does it cost?
Free to start. Some advanced features will be available as a paid upgrade after launch—we'll share specifics before billing turns on.
When can I install it?
